Fulfillment Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Since each project is custom-tailored to your business needs, we require a signed contract and an initial payment (as outlined in your invoice) to begin work.

  • Before Work Begins:
    • If you cancel your project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund of your initial payment, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).
  • After Work Begins:
    • If you cancel after work has commenced, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Any completed work or expenses incurred (e.g., stock images, domain purchases, third-party tools) will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer full refunds once substantial work has been completed. However, we strive for 100% client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • If the project has not yet started, you may request a full refund.
    • If the project is partially completed, refunds will be prorated based on work delivered.
    • No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are approved and handed over.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Deposits for branding, photography, or domain/hosting purchases (if applicable).
    • Any third-party costs (e.g., premium plugins, stock images, fonts) already purchased for your project.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We include a set number of revisions (as outlined in your contract) to ensure your website and branding meet your expectations. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

If you are unsatisfied with the work at any stage, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns before final delivery.

4. Project Delays & Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track:

  • Timely feedback and content/material submissions are required.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, missing assets) may extend the project timeline.

5. Final Approval & Ownership

Once the final payment is made and the project is approved:

  • You will receive full ownership of the website, branding assets, and any purchased licenses.
  • We are not responsible for future updates or modifications unless a maintenance plan is in place.

6. Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise, we will work in good faith to resolve them. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation may be pursued before any legal action.
